As a child, Mommy always made sure we not only ate well, but cleaned out our system. We faithfully were given castor oil, cod liver oil, and Senna laxatives, to keep our system clean and fit. My sister & I rarely got sick or colds.
So, this is long & well overdue…
3 days prior, No Meat. Some fish, like Salmon is allowed if necessary, fruits, vegetables, & water
I thought I wouldn’t make it. It’s amazing how addictive food & toxins can be. I also cut my sugar (did you know sugar is more addictive & harmful than cocaine?).
1 & 1/2 Cup of Grapefruit Juice – Freshly Squeezed
1/2 Cup of Lemon Juice
4 Teaspoons of Epson Salt
1/4 Coconut Oil
1/4 Olive Oil
Take before bedtime; 1/2 of the Juice Mix & Oil. Wait 15 minutes & take the rest. Then lay on your right-side. It will be a BUSY night & morning😉
Now the Juice, I can manage. But how do I keep the oil down??? My system is hypersensitive. I will keep honey or agave on standby
